Follow the instructions to troubleshoot the “Error: Remote Registry Opening (ESET Security Product Info) Result Code: 5 (Access is denied)” in ESET Smart Security:

    Click ‘Start’ and then click on ‘Run’.

    Type ‘regedit’ and click ‘OK’.

    Right-click on ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE’ and select ‘Permissions’.

    Click ‘Advanced’.

    Check mark on both the options

    Click ‘OK’.
