Open Personalization window by right clicking on empty desktop and choose ‘Personalize’.

  3. 3

The Windows Mobility Center appears, in the presentation settings box click the turn on button to turn on projector.

Now your screen will show up on projector screen around large display as well as your own computer screen.

The Presentation Settings Windows appears, if you turned on the projector the ‘I am currently giving a presentation’ checkbox is selected.

You can also set the system volume to show different windows wallpaper in the one you usually use, when the presentation ends and you turn off the projector your regular desktop wallpapers returns.

  9. 9

If you are not sure what displays are connected click ‘Connected displays…’ button on bottom of existing window.

You can also connect to some projectors (called network projectors) over a network. This allows you to give a presentation over a network if you are not in the same room, or even the same building, as the projector.
