Click ‘Start’ and then click ‘Control Panel’
Click on ‘Ease of Access’
Click on ‘Ease of Access Center’
Click ‘Make the computer easier to see link’
Check the ‘turn on Magnifier’ checkbox to enable the Magnifier at startup
Uncheck the Turn on Magnifier box to disable the magnifier at startup.
If magnifier is already running click on Options.
Click on ‘Control’ when magnifier starts log on.
